Key Lime Pie
Key Lime Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. key lime juice, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 graham cracker crust, baked in a 9-inch pie pan, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. The condensed milk, cream cheese, lime juice and vanilla in a food processor or the large bowl of an electric mixer.
Medium minutes.
(The long mixing incorporates air eliminates lumps.) Place filling in the cooled, baked crust and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
Garnish with fresh whipped cream and twisted lime slices, if desired.
