Mix all ingredients except butter in plastic bag.
Melt butter.
Dip each piece of chicken in melted butter, then drop chicken (a couple of pieces at a time) in bag and shake until well coated.
Place in shallow baking pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes in preheated 350Β° oven.
