Kentucky Corn Pudding
Kentucky Corn Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt and eggs.
Beat well.
Add milk and corn.
Pour into shallow baking dish.
Add butter.
Place dish in a larger dish with water. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
The first 1/2 hour of baking, stir mixture every 10 minutes.
Must set like custard.
Remove from oven immediately when done.
