Kentucky Chili
Kentucky Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 (32 oz. each) cans tomato juice, 1 c. water and 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
Drain and set aside. In kettle, combine tomato juice, water, chili beans, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir in beef mixture; simmer an additional 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti; drain and stir into chili.
