Kentucky Bluegrass Pie
Kentucky Bluegrass Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Cream the margarine and sugars until fluffy.
Add flour and mix until it is absorbed.
Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each addition.

Immediately pour into pie crust and bake 40 minutes.
Pie should be set, but not runny.
