Ken's Potato Salad
Ken'S Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. of sugar, 1 tbsp. of vinegar, 1 tsp. dill weed, 3 - 5 diced celery stalks and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large bowl, cube cooked potatoes in 1-inch cubes.
Add diced celery stalks, chopped onion, and chopped hard boiled eggs. Mix in spices, sugar, and vinegar.
Gradually mix in mayo to desired consistency.
