Kelly's Double-Decker Fudge
Kelly'S Double-Decker Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème (1 pt.), 2 (6 oz.) cans evaporated milk (1 1/2 c.), 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces (1 c.) and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In 3-quart saucepan, combine sugar, Marshmallow Crème, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
Boil gently, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Divide mixture in half.
To one half (about 3 cups), add chocolate pieces and stir until melted and blended.
Pour into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
