Keepsake Brownies
Keepsake Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, beaten and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt chocolate and butter over hot water.
Remove from heat.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in walnuts.
Mix and sift flour and salt; add gradually, mixing well.
Pour into greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool thoroughly before cutting into squares.
