Kedgeree
Kedgeree is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. rice, chopped parsley, 1 hard-boiled egg and 1/2 large can salmon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook rice and drain.
Flake the salmon.
Add to the rice and leave for 5 minutes to steam through.
Turn into a serving dish and sprinkle first with finely chopped parsley and then with chopped hard-boiled egg.
