Kay's Salsa
Kay'S Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, 1 to 3 jalapeño peppers (add according to your taste, start with 1 for mild), 1/2 medium onion, cut into couple chunks, 1 tsp. ketchup and 1/2 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put all ingredients in blender or food processor, adding onions and peppers first.
Flash blend just briefly until peppers and onions are well chopped and combined with tomatoes.
Salsa will be soupy.
Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour until thickened.
Serve with chips, tacos, baked potatoes, etc.
