Kashi Breakfast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small apple, cut in small pieces, 1/4 c. raisins, 2 c. water or fruit juice and 1 packet kashi (7 grain mixture), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put 2 cups water or fruit juice in saucepan.
Add apple pieces, raisins and kashi.
Simmer for 30 minutes (until liquid is absorbed).
