Karo Peanut Brittle
Karo Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white sugar, 1/4 c. boiling water, 2 to 4 c. parched peanuts (depending on how nutty you feel), 1/2 c. white karo syrup and 1/2 tbsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix sugar, syrup and water.
Boil until forms soft balls in cool water.
Add peanuts, cook until turns amber color.
Remove from heat and add baking soda; stir well.
Pour into buttered pans.
May use pecans instead of peanuts for a great pecan brittle!
