Karo Krazy Krunch
Karo Krazy Krunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. popped corn (unsalted), 1 1/2 c. pecans, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 1 c. butter or margarine and 1/2 c. karo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix nuts and popped corn in a large bowl. Set aside.
In saucepan, combine sugar, butter and Karo. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat.
Boil until mixture reaches 300Β° on candy thermometer (hard crack stage). Add vanilla and stir.
Pour over popped corn, stirring to coat.
Quickly spread onto a cookie sheet to cool.
Break apart when cooled.
