Kansas Dirt Cake
Kansas Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. oreo cookies, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. margarine or butter, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 large container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Crush cookies and put 1/2 the crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Mix in powdered sugar.
Fold in Cool Whip.
In a separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold two mixtures together and pour into pan on crumbs.
Spread remaining crumbs over top.
Can be served chilled or frozen.
Makes 12 to 15 pieces.
