Kansas Dirt
Kansas Dirt is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 large carton whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Crush cookies; layer 1/2 in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese and margarine until smooth; add powdered sugar.
Fold in whipped topping.
In separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla.
Fold in cheese mixture and pudding.
Pour into pan and sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.
Refrigerate.
