Kalechy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. unsalted butter, 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, cake of yeast and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream the butter and cheese.
Add yeast (which has been soaked in a small amount of milk in which a bit of sugar has been added. Add flour and mix until worked in thoroughly.
Refrigerate overnight.
Next day roll out the dough to approximately 1/8-inch thickness and cut into small squares.
