Kal-Bi
Kal-Bi is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. short ribs (if meaty, cut into 3 pieces to bone), 3 tbsp. sesame seed, 3 tbsp. sesame seed oil, 1/2 c. shoyu sauce and 1/3 c. green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine toasted sesame seed with oil, shoyu sauce, green onions, garlic, ginger, sugar and ajinomoto.
Mix well, then marinate meat overnight in refrigerator.
Broil over charcoal.
