Kahlua Mousse
Kahlua Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 2 eggs, dash of salt and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat sugar in water until sugar dissolves; set aside.
Mix eggs, salt and chocolate chips in blender.
Add the sugar mixture slowly and blend until thick.
Add cognac and Kahlua.
Fold half of the cream into chocolate mixture.
Chill several hours in small wine glasses.
Top with remaining whipped cream and slivered almonds before serving.
Serves 6.
