Kahlua Chocolate Cake
Kahlua Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. devil's food cake mix, 4 eggs plus 1/3 c. water (if sour cream is used), 1 c. sour cream or 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. kahlua coffee flavored liqueur or 1 c. water plus 1 tsp. instant coffee (alternate) and 1 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water, sour cream, Kahlua and vegetable oil.
(If chocolate chips are used, stir in after mixing.)
Beat at low speed to blend in mixer.
Increase speed and beat for 3 to 5 minutes.
(Stir in chips if used.)
Pour into a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan that has been greased and floured or sprayed with Baker's Joy.
Bake at 350° for 36 to 46 minutes, until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 30 minutes.
Loosen from pan and remove pan.
Cool completely on rack.
