Kahlua Caramel Popcorn
Kahlua Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. popped corn, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. kahlua, 2 tbsp. cider vinegar and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a shallow pan, keep popped corn warm in low oven.
Bring sugar, Kahlua and vinegar to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Add butter.
Insert candy thermometer and cook to hard crack stage (300Β°).
Pour over warmed, popped corn and stir to coat evenly.
Add nuts.
Cool and store in airtight container in cool place.
