Mix first 6 ingredients by hand.
Don't use mixer.
Will be very thick.
Add chocolate chips.
Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.
Bake 60 minutes in 350Β° oven. Cool upright at least 25 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar.
