Kahlua is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. water, 3 c. sugar, 10 tsp. instant coffee, 1 qt. vodka (the hard stuff) and 4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Simmer water, sugar and coffee with lid on for 2 hours (do not boil).
Let cool to room temperature.
Add vodka and vanilla.
Let set for 3 to 6 weeks.
