Kahlua is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 2/3 c. instant coffee, 2 c. boiling water, 1 vanilla bean and 1 liter vodka, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix well the sugar, instant coffee and boiling water.
Let cool.
Add vodka and vanilla bean.
Ferment at least 2 weeks. Makes 2 liters.
