In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt.
In a saucepan, combine water, margarine, cocoa and shortening.
Let come to a rolling boil.
Pour over flour mixture and mix together. In a small bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, soda and buttermilk.
Combine with other mixture and pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
