Jugs Venison Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 lb. venison roast, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped, 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut away all fat and membrane.
Place roast in slow cooker with 2 cups water; add remaining ingredients.
Cook until meat falls apart.
