Joy's Chicken
Joy'S Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, boned and halved, 8 strips bacon, 1 can mushroom soup, chipped beef to cover the bottom of the cooking dish and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wrap 1 strips bacon around rolled half of each chicken breast. Place 8 pieces of chicken in casserole which has been covered with 1 layer of beef.
Mix sour cream and soups.
Pour over chicken.
Do not salt.
Cook, uncovered, 3 hours at 300Β°.
If you like you may increase sour cream and soup.
