John's Meatballs
John'S Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. oil, 3 c. bread crumbs and 2 c. grated romano cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onions in 1/4 cup oil.
Add tomato sauce, garlic and basil.
Simmer 5 minutes before adding meatballs.
Mix eggs, ground beef, cheese and bread crumbs in large bowl.
Form into 1-inch meatballs and add to sauce.
Simmer for 15 minutes without stirring, then simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve alone or over pasta.
