John Mozetti is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1/4 green pepper, chopped, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put a tablespoon or so of oil (can be olive oil) or drippings in heavy skillet.
Heat and then add ground beef; cook until lightly browned.
Add onion, green pepper and seasonings and continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
Add soup and tomatoes; simmer for 15 or 20 minutes.
Add water chestnuts. Check seasonings.
You may prefer to add a little more garlic powder, pepper, etc.
