Joan's Pineapple Dip
Joan'S Pineapple Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 whole pineapple, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 (12 oz.) container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Core and peel pineapple.
Crush 1/2 of pineapple with a potato masher.
Put the crushed pineapple into a saucepan.
Add beaten egg, flour and sugar.
Mix well.
Heat on low heat until thickened.
Allow to cool thoroughly, then add Cool Whip.
Mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cut remaining pineapple into chunks to serve with dip.
