Jim's Favorite Chicken
Jim'S Favorite Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boned chicken breasts, cut in half, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 pt. sour cream, 1/4 c. dry white wine and 8 slices bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Sprinkle each chicken piece with dry minced onions, salt, pepper and slices of canned mushrooms.
Roll each piece and wrap with a raw bacon slice.
Mix the soup, sour cream and wine.
Put the chicken in a 12 x 8-inch pan; pour the liquid over it.
Bake for three hours at 285Β°.
Serve over yellow rice.
