Jim Dandy Muffins
Jim Dandy Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and spice.
Cut in shortening until particles are fine.
Add milk and egg.
