"Jiffy" Spoon Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. milk, 1/3 stick margarine, 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Beat eggs in a bowl until light and frothy.
When milk is scalded, add corn muffin mix and beat.
Pour into casserole dish margarine which has been melted.
Bake in 425° to 450° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Leftovers are good with syrup for breakfast.
