Jiffy Salmon Patties
Jiffy Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, 1/2 c. green onions, 1/4 c. chopped parsley, 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs and 2 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain and flake salmon.
Reserve 1/3 cup of the liquid. Combine salmon chopped green onions, parsley and bread crumbs.
Beaten mustard, lemon juice and the remaining liquid.
Shape into patties and fry over medium heat until lightly brown on both sides. Makes 12 patties.
