Jewish Apple Cake
Jewish Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. unsifted flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Add 4 eggs to all dry ingredients.
Add orange juice and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Pour half of batter into greased and floured pan.
Take drained apples one at a time and place in batter all around the cake.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of that.
Pour remaining batter, apples and cinnamon mixture as first time.
Place in oven for 1 hour or until done.
