Jewish Apple Cake
Jewish Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sifted flour, 1 c. oil (any salad oil), 4 unbeaten eggs, 3 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put all ingredients except apples, cinnamon and the 5 tablespoons sugar in a large bowl.
Mix well.
In another bowl mix apples, cinnamon and 5 tablespoons sugar.
Put in tube pan (greased and floured) a layer of batter, 1 layer of apples.
Repeat ending with apples on top.
(Nuts may be added to last layer of apples.) Bake approximately 1 3/4 hours at 350Β°.
