Jewish Apple Cake
Jewish Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 medium apples, 4 to 5 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 3 c. flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix apples with 4 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Beat eggs gradually adding 2 cups sugar, then mix oil in well. Sift flour, salt and baking powder, then add egg mixture gradually, alternating with orange juice.
Add vanilla.
Pour half the batter in, then place some apples.
Add remaining batter and end with apple slices on top.
Grease and flour tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
