Jerky Marinade
Jerky Marinade is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 4 tsp. soy sauce, 2 (16 oz.) jars pace picante sauce, 1 medium onion, chopped (optional) and 2 medium semi-hot peppers, chopped (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Slice meat thin ( a meat slicer works well).
Put all jalapeño juice in and cut up a few jalapeños, depending on how hot you want taste (optional). Marinate for 3 to 4 days in juice mixture.
Place on trays of a food dehydrator and cook for 8 hours rotating trays every two hours, top to bottom.
This will do 5 pounds of meat, venison or beef.
