Jennifer's Lasagna
Jennifer'S Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut in pieces (reserve liquid) and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef, onion and garlic.
Drain off fat.
Stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil and salt. Cover simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Boil water in the lasagna noodles and oil. Cook until tender.
Drain and rinse noodles.
Beat eggs.
Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Ricotta, parsley and pepper.
