Beat eggs and sugar together until light.
Stir in flour, salt and baking powder; mix well.
Add boiling water, then extract. Pour into well oiled jelly roll pan and bake in a 400Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Turn out on cloth wrung from hot water.
Trim edges and spread with jelly.
Roll immediately.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
