Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 5 tbsp. water, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Line jelly roll pan with aluminum foil, then waxed paper.
In small bowl, beat eggs for 5 minutes until thick; pour eggs in a large mixer bowl.
Gradually add sugar and mix at low speed.
Blend in water and vanilla.
Gradually add flour and remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
Pour in pan, spread to corners.
Bake 15 minutes.
Turn pan upside down on wax paper with confectioners sugar.
