Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add 1/2 cup sugar.
Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar, water and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Stir egg yolks into whites.
Sift dry ingredients into mixture a little at a time and add to mixture.
Pour on jelly roll pan and bake 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Lay on towel and roll up.
Cool and unroll and put jelly in between.
