Jelly Roll

Beat yolks until light on medium speed.
Add sugar, then boiling water.
Lower speed; add dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
Pour in jelly roll pan lined with wax paper. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Roll in damp cloth while hot.
Unroll, add jelly and roll up again.
