Beat eggs until thick.
Add sugar, water and vanilla.
Add flour mixture and pour on greased and floured cookie sheet.
Bake 12 or 15 minutes at 375Β°.
Turn out on dish towel.
Spread with jelly, then roll and wrap in dish towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
