Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. water and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs until lemon colored; add sugar gradually.
Sift all the dry ingredients together.
Add all ingredients together and beat with mixer on low until it is well mixed, about 2 minutes, no more.
Cook cake about 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown. Sprinkle dish towel with confectioners sugar.
Lay cake on towel and begin to roll.
Let stand 3 minutes, then unroll.
Spread with any soft jelly (leave jelly out overnight), then roll up and wrap in towel until cool.
