Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1/4 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large mixing bowl, mix eggs and water 3 to 5 minutes with mixer.
Add 1 cup sugar.
Mix again.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, then add dry ingredients.
Grease and flour 10 to 15-inch pan.
Bake in 375Β° oven 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn out on towel dusted with powdered sugar.
Unroll when cool and spread with favorite jelly. Remove towel and roll back up.
