Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine eggs and sugar; beat well, about 15 minutes with electric mixer.
Pour into well-greased and floured 10 x 15-inch cookie pan.
Bake at 325Β° until done (light golden brown).
Turn onto waxed paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Roll and let cool.
Unroll carefully and spread with desired filling.
Re-roll. To serve, cut in 1-inch slices.
