Jello Surprise
Jello Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lime gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 c. nondairy coffee creamer and 1 small container cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Add boiling water to gelatin and stir well.
Add pineapple juice and water.
Cool to syrupy and add remaining ingredients. Put in flat dish or individual servings.
Chill.
