Jello Surprise
Jello Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lime gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 c. nondairy coffee creamer and 1 small container cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Add boiling water to gelatin and stir well.
Add pineapple juice and water.
Cool to syrupy and add remaining ingredients. Put in flat dish or individual servings.
Chill.
May be cut in squares to serve.
