Jello Squares
Jello Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large pkg. or 4 small pkg. jell-o (use 2 colors), 1 1/2 envelopes knox gelatin (plain), 1 c. heavy cream, 1 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix 1 large or 2 small packages (same flavor) of Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water.
Put in 13 x 9-inch pan; let set for 2 hours. Mix 1 1/2 envelopes Knox gelatin with 1/2 cup boiling water. Bring 1 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup sugar to a boil, then add to plain gelatin with 1 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Let stand until cool.
Spoon over congealed Jell-O.
Let stand for 2 hours.
