Jello Salad
Jello Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 32 oz. cottage cheese (small curd), 1 (6 oz.) pkg. jello (strawberry, cherry or raspberry), 1 large can pineapple tidbits, drained well, 1 (16 oz.) carton cool whip and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place cottage cheese in large mixing bowl.
Mix in dry jello; mix well.
Stir in pineapple bits.
Stir in Cool Whip.
Add marshmallows.
Cool for 2 hours or it may be eaten immediately. You may also add fresh strawberries, raspberries or mandarin oranges, depending on the choice of jello.
